Casamento, ajuntamento, união de facto... who gives a f*ck?


Ainda não percebi qual é o problema do uso de uma palavra para definir a intenção de duas pessoas querer viver juntas, partilhando legalmente todos os aspectos sócio-económicos da sua vida.

Qual é o grande incómodo de lhe chamar casamento, quando se trata de duas pessoas do mesmo sexo? É para se dizer que é diferente? É para dizer que não é a mesma coisa? Então no que difere? No sexo? No amor? No respeito um pelo outro?
Há quem diga que é na procriação. Então e aqueles casais - casados!! - que não têm, nem desejam, ter filhos? Não estão casados? Se calhar deviamos colocar no nosso código civil uma alínea extra que dissolve o casamento quando não houver descendência ao fim de 9 ... ok, vamos dar-lhe uma margenzinha confortável - 12 meses. Assim sim, viveriamos numa sociedade justa e inclusiva!!!
