I've come to notice that most people that stop smoking have the same problems that people who played some sort of sport and stopped doing it also.
More specifically, they start to gain weight. I've never smoked. I always played sports. I've gained a huge ass and thighs. On the other end, my father smoked since he was 12 or so. He stopped smoking about 15 years ago. He gained a huge belly and a ballon face.
So, if you ever stop smoking start exercising regularly. And if you stop playing sports, errr.... don't!! Smoking is bad for you! :P
